The key objectives for this role are:- Developing and managing detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for efficient project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align project timelines and objectives.
- Implementing tools and techniques to optimize planning and forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
RESPONSIBILITIESKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Supports the maintenance of planning control structures in alignment with approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Support the maintenance of baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.
- Assist with monitoring and controlling planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle
- Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, including third parties, to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements.
- Support preparation of project plans and schedules in accordance with project reporting requirements.
- Support preparation of project progress and performance status reports in accordance with project reporting requirements.
- Support preparation of updates to project plans and schedules
- Support preparation of updates to project manpower requirements
- Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and analyse project performance in relation to planned performance.
- Liaise with cost discipline to ensure accurate and timely control and forecasting of man-hour budgets
- Participate in schedule risk analysis as required
- Participate in Project Controls Compliance and Continuous Improvement Reviews

Expected:- Bachelor of Engineering and related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Preferred exposure to Primavera and/or MS
