A leading consulting firm in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Senior Planning Consultant to drive project controls for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, strong expertise in Primavera P6, and a proven track record in delay analysis and stakeholder management. This role offers a competitive salary and a 12-month initial contract with the possibility to extend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning & controls experience, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with FIDIC and forensic delay analysis.

We’re Hiring – Senior Planning Consultant | RAKEZ – Ras Al Khaimah

Location: Onsite | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Budget: Upto 18000-19000 AED/month

Tools: Primavera P6 (mandatory), MS Project (optional)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 30 days preferred

Our leading client is looking for a seasoned Senior Planning Consultant with strong expertise in project controls, delay analysis, and stakeholder management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

We’re seeking a consultant-level profile who can interface with clients, interpret contracts, guide project teams on planning best practices, and lead recovery/mitigation planning. You’ll drive strategic schedule governance rather than just operational inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6
• Advise on project controls, delays, EOT, and claims preparation
• Conduct critical path analysis, cost/resource loading, and risk impact assessments
• Generate high-level dashboards, reports, and executive summaries
• Ensure schedule alignment across multiple stakeholders and contracts
• Maintain documentation for contractual and forensic planning support

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 8+ years of planning & controls experience (consultant/client-side)
• Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency
• Experience with FIDIC, EVM, and forensic delay analysis
• Strong stakeholder and reporting skills
• GCC/UAE experience preferred
