Sr. Operations Coordinator - Hult Dubai

The Opportunity

Hult International Business School is seeking a Sr. Operations Coordinator to join our Dubai campus. The Sr. Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in campus operations and is responsible for driving Hult’s culture through building operations, events, programs, and communication.

Key Interactions

This role involves constant interaction with stakeholders including students, staff, faculty, vendors, and partners. You will leverage extensive knowledge of Hult’s campuses, processes, and functions to enhance the community experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative: Develop and improve campus operational policies; serve on the Campus Emergency Team; oversee training and compliance; manage local partner relationships; handle budget and vendor processes.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams on initiatives, staff well-being, campus communication, and onboarding processes.
  3. Space Management: Manage space availability, coordinate room bookings, and support sustainability initiatives.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent service at the front desk; resolve stakeholder issues efficiently.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years in management or operations roles.
  • Financial and budgeting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva and design tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to flexible hours.
  • Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude.
