Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Offshore Construction Manager (Marine & Subsea) to lead and manage offshore construction and hookup activities. This role involves overseeing all phases of offshore execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead offshore construction activities and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Plan, manage, and monitor all aspects of offshore execution, including hookup and subsea operations.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Provide technical input during bid stage and review subcontractor proposals.

• Ensure effective interface management with other contractors and disciplines.

• Oversee multiple offshore construction managers across different projects.

• Support project CHOD understanding and adherence throughout execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Naval Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in offshore construction, including hookup operations.

• Proven leadership in offshore execution and team management.

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Sound understanding of offshore personnel, operations, and equipment.
