Sr. Offshore Construction Manager (Marine )

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all offshore marine construction activities

• Oversee operations such as jacket installation, topside installation, and marine logistics

• Coordinate with marine vessels, barge crews, and project teams to ensure safe and timely execution

• Ensure compliance with offshore safety and quality standards

• Prepare and review marine construction plans, risk assessments, and method statements

• Monitor progress and prepare reports for management and clients

• Troubleshoot marine operation issues and optimize performance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)

• Minimum 15 years of offshore construction experience

• Proven experience in:

  • Marine operations

  • Jacket & topside installation

  • Barge and vessel coordination

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

• Strong understanding of offshore HSE protocols and marine procedures
