Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

Project Implementations:

Project Planning:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, assess infrastructure, define goals, and determine implementation methodology.
• Solution Design: Work with solution architects and Pre-Sales team to design and document technical architecture, creating high-level and detailed design documents.

Deployment and Configuration:

• Installation, management, and maintenance of enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and network security infrastructure.
• Implement and support Cisco IPT Solutions, SBC-MS Teams Integrations.
• Implement & support Cisco Enterprise Switching & Routing.
• Implement & support ARUBA Networking & Security Solutions.
• Build HLDs, LLDs, and structured project documentation.
• Configure and maintain security profiles, deploy firewalls, and enforce security policies.
• Identify security configurations, evaluate, test, and recommend network solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues as Level 2/3 support.
• Implement, manage, and configure Cisco Wireless Solutions.
• Schedule upgrades and collaborate on network optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and diagrams.

Ongoing Support and Optimization:

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Conduct reviews to identify improvements, document findings and recommendations.

Testing and Validation:

• Perform functional testing to ensure components work as intended.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.

Documentation and Training:

• Develop detailed technical documentation and diagrams.
• Provide end-user training, manuals, workshops, and post-deployment support.

Technical Support Services:

• Support for reported issues, quick diagnosis, and resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting, apply updates, reconfigure, and escalate if needed.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop permanent solutions to recurring issues.

Service Requests:

• Handle service requests including configurations, installations, user management, and resource allocation.
