Position Title: Sr. Marketing Manager – Real Estate Developer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 28K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Visa and Insurance for spouse and children Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects Job Description: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives. • Oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels. • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. • Optimize online presence by leading SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, driving increased traffic and engagement.

• Open to Female European nationals; 40 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of 8 years in Marketing and proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics and proficiency in marketing software/CRM systems
