We are a leading school uniform manufacturing company based in India, expanding our footprint in the Middle East. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we provide customized uniform solutions to schools and educational institutions. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Dubai.

Job Summary:

The Sales Head Dubai Branch will be responsible for driving sales growth by targeting schools, institutes, and educational organizations across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and connections within the school/education industry, combined with excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills. International marketing experience, particularly in Dubai, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Dubai region.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and institutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Utilize both digital marketing tools and direct travel-based outreach to generate leads and close deals.
  • Represent the company at educational exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Maintain regular communication with the India headquarters and provide updates on sales performance and market insights.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to closing and after-sales service.
  • Build and lead a local sales team as the business scales.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the school uniforms, education, or similar industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in international sales or marketing, preferably in Dubai or the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel within the UAE.
