Job summary

A leading cloud kitchen service provider in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of construction and maintenance projects for cloud kitchens. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, at least 5 years of experience in project management, and strong knowledge of local building codes in the MENA region. This role is a contract position and requires no remote work.

• Project Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of real estate construction and maintenance projects for cloud kitchens.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth .
• Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets timelines and mitigate risks.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations building codes and highquality standards.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of existing cloud kitchens ensuring operational efficiency.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Real Estate or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in project management with experience in real estate construction or maintenance (foodservice or hospitality preferred).
• Strong project management communication and leadership skills.
• Indepth knowledge of local building codes regulations and safety standards in the UAE Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings for construction and design purposes.
• Skilled in utilizing GANTT charts for project scheduling and tracking.
• Experience with project trackers (e.g. Excel Google Sheets or specialized software) to manage project progress and deliverables.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors in the UAE Saudi Arabia or other MENA markets.
