Duties and Responsibilities
- Own Esports for e UAE, serving as the subject matter expert both internally and externally.
- Help define gaming and esports strategy aligned with e UAE's long-term vision.
- PL owner responsible for delivering the esports business case.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market plan in collaboration with segment teams to engage the MENA fan base.
- Establish and monitor KPIs with platform providers for operations and promotion.
- Manage digital agency collaborations and coordinate with relevant teams for ATL and BTL communications.
- Plan, manage, and oversee event execution and budget management for acquisition efforts.
- Define and maintain the marketing communication calendar focusing on online and offline events.
- Build and innovate e UAE’s community of esports fans based on industry trends and fan preferences.
- Explore partnerships with global gaming publishers to leverage e UAE’s assets for impactful gaming propositions.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and adapt strategies to increase reach.
- Manage selection, negotiation, and engagement with Payment Service Providers.
- Maintain relationships with Opcos for DCB and bundling initiatives.
- Scope and deliver platform evolutions, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with Digital Entertainment teams to cross-promote esports within gaming bundles and telco products.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing esports products and events.
