Job Description

Responsible for handling all aspects related to product development, product management, associated market management, and market communication for Capacity and related services. Evaluate the business case regularly for existing and new products to assess applicability and profitability in the global market. Coordinate product launching activities and related processes across departments such as Sales, Engineering, Service Provisioning, Finance, and Legal. Review operational effectiveness and quality to identify process improvements in sales, marketing, post-sales support, and customer management.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and develop new low latency Terrestrial and Submarine capacity products/features to ensure relevance and meet evolving market needs, supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) requirements.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Manage project development from initiation to completion, including creating project plans and communication documents.
4. Identify dependencies and manage critical paths, scheduling timelines and milestones, and tracking progress.
5. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
6. Maximize service investment efficiency through partnerships, asset monetization, and entitlement exchanges.
7. Manage cost structures, product profitability, and customer value.
8. Develop collaboration and partnership agreements to enhance products, features, and coverage, ensuring market relevance.
9. Monitor implementation timelines, resource availability, and network service quality, taking corrective actions when necessary.
10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop infrastructure that meets customer demand.
11. Ensure compliance with regulations and engage with the regulatory team to review parameters affecting the product.
12. Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines to management.
13. Develop comprehensive documentation, systems, and processes, continuously optimizing for efficiency and customer experience. Implement mechanisms to measure and track product KPIs.
14. Create functional specifications and coordinate projects for automation system enhancements.
15. Act as a digital architect to build and enhance capabilities/frameworks for innovative solutions/services.
16. Develop and architect solutions beyond standard offerings to meet wider customer requirements, including platforms, vertical solutions, managed services, and hybrid products.
17. Collaborate with vendors, technology, and IT teams to develop services that fulfill customer needs and deliver optimal experiences.
18. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of fulfillment, delivery, and support processes for all launched services, aiming to improve customer experience.
19. Jointly develop RFP/RFI/RFQ documents with technology teams and participate in vendor/partner selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in product management for carrier and wholesale services
