Job summary

Edge Group seeks an experienced Post-Award Contract Manager in the United Arab Emirates to lead contract administration, performance tracking, and closeout. You will manage claims, variations, settlements, and risk while ensuring governance and commercial interests are protected.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues and deliver timely management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience, including 5+ years post-award.
• Experience managing complex contracts, claims, variations, settlements, and teams.
• Professional certifications (e.g., WorldCC, CIPS, PMP, FIDIC) are an advantage.

• Monitor performance, milestones, payments, renewals, and obligations.

Job Purpose

Lead the post-award management of contracts to ensure compliance, performance, risk mitigation, and successful contract closeout. Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, settlements, reporting, and team performance while protecting the organization's commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full post-award contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and closeout.
• Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, payments, renewals, and contractual obligations.
• Lead contract changes, claims, disputes, settlements, and risk management activities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and contract performance metrics.
• Supervise and develop the post-contract management team.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure accurate contract records, governance compliance, and continuous process improvement.
