What s On Your Plate?
1. Project Management & GTM
Support rollout of affordability initiatives across markets.
Coordinate between product, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Prepare weekly business reviews, performance reports, and follow-up action plans.
2. Data & Performance Analysis
Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and discount ROI.
Design and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign outcomes.
Provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
3. Campaign & Sales Enablement Support
Help design toolkits, campaign briefs, and process guidelines for local commercial teams.
Track adoption and usage of affordability levers across markets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and analytics.
Contribute to pilot planning, test design, and learning documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
7 10 years of experience in eCommerce, foodtech, or high-growth tech platforms.
Exposure to commercial strategy, operations, or product support roles.
Prior experience in consulting, pricing, or growth functions is a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
Good project management and coordination ability.
Understanding of how pricing and discounting can influence growth.
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
Effective communicator able to work with cross-functional teams.
