Business Partner Professional Services Sr Manager [APAC & ME]
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with business partners.
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a team and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional professional services (pre / post-sales) to our business partners; aligned with our distribution and service agreements.
- Ensure that Business Partners are certified on technical service delivery and end-user training to maximize end-customer experience.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of business partner performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the Business Excellence to identify and implement process improvements to enhance professional services efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on revenue and professional services performance to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, service delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer centricity mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using revenue management and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company's business.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Certification in revenue management or related fields.
