• Responsible for managing the business cycle - 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure performance. Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, including corrective actions as needed.
• Develop specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serve as a best practice/quality resource with awareness of the latest functional developments. Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within the area of responsibility.
• Skilled influencer with the ability to communicate complex messages. Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with moderate risks. Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus. Develop persuasion skills to influence others within the field.
• Impact approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business organization. Influence quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. Work within broad guidelines and policies with moderate autonomy, requiring high evaluative judgment.
• Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks impacting the function. Apply technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations. Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Finance & FP&A Operations. Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven problem-solving and program leadership abilities. Skilled in documentation, planning, and project management.
