Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Understands exchange products such as spot trading, fiat on/off ramps, financial products, and wallets to support the company’s business strategy.
• Develops and monitors ROI metrics such as trading fee income, profit margins, and operational expenditures.
• Builds forecasting models and manages budgets.
• Manages digital asset balance sheets, covering on-chain assets (cold/hot wallets), centralized exchange accounts, and fiat accounts.
• Builds and optimizes on-chain and off-chain reconciliation mechanisms to ensure asset authenticity, visibility of risks, and overall asset control.
• Improves capital deployment and fiat transaction efficiency.
• Develops and implements liquidity risk management strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial management, including 3+ years in the crypto industry and 1+ year in team management
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow management, with the ability to lead token and digital asset accounting
• Experience managing global fiat accounts (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, OTC) and stablecoin liquidity
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, capable of seamless collaboration with product, tech, compliance, operations, and investment banking/investors
• Able to thrive in a high-paced work environment
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
