Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure we attract and hire the best candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative strategies to source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  2. Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for open roles.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.
  5. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, appealing, and aligned with the company’s values and culture.
  6. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle candidate onboarding documentation.
  7. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  8. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  9. Compliance: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
