Job Title: Sr. Contracts Specialist

Job Purpose:

To develop contractual documents, including drafting and negotiating technical and commercial terms, and to manage post-award contract administration in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project scope, identify contract risks, and implement mitigation measures for technical and commercial aspects.
  • Finalize technical and commercial terms for contracts with customers and suppliers in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to discuss project requirements, interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI, and assess risks.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts such as NDAs, Project Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Licensing, Supply, and Service Agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers alongside Program/Project Managers, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate insurance requirements and ensure issuance of certificates before project initiation.
  • Manage variation orders and amendments, assessing scope, cost, and schedule impacts.
  • Identify and mitigate pre- and post-contract risks, managing dispute resolution and final settlements.
  • Handle contract-related correspondence and documentation in compliance with quality and security policies.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 8 years of contract management experience, especially with international contracts in public/private sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Contract Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Law (LLB).
  • Master's degree in relevant fields is preferred.
  • Experience in defense engineering organizations is advantageous.
