Job description

SR. CONTRACTS MANAGER required urgently for a reputed international Construction Company in Dubai.

  • Bachelor s degree in business law / QS / Contract Management with RICS / MRICS certifications.
  • Min. 10 years' experience in contract administration with high rise building construction companies in UAE (with Main contractor) handling billion valued construction projects.
  • Proven experience in analyzing contract variations and claims is mandatory.
  • Identifies legal issues and risks in the contracts and legal documents with a view to assessment of risk and preventing legal / financial exposure.
  • Reviews, markups and proposes changes and amendments to the contracts and legal documents.
  • Ability to negotiate the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with clients.
  • Prepares, drafts, reviews, evaluates and amends contract terms & legal notices and related correspondences and communications.
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure, while using good judgment, when making Program related decisions that drive project delivery forward.
  • Possess the exceptional interpersonal skills required to productively collaborate, negotiate, reach consensus and finalize project decisions.
  • Commitment to excellence and possessing high expectations for the position, and the entire client program.
  • Ensures contract documents have been executed properly and consistently with Organization s policies.
