Job description

We're hiring a commercially-driven and strategic leader to take charge of commercial operations across a portfolio of fast-growing digital media and content brands in the region. This is a high-impact role focused on agency partnerships, team leadership, and driving long-term revenue growth. UAE market experience is essential, and Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through agency partnerships and strategic collaborations, focusing on identifying and securing high-value opportunities across media agencies, brand partners, and distribution channels in the UAE and wider GCC region.
  • Lead the preparation of impactful commercial proposals and pitches, tailoring offerings to match market needs and positioning the brand as a leading partner in digital innovation.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance commercial team, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative culture that encourages ownership, creativity, and accountability.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance objectives across the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving operational excellence through smart workflows and strong leadership.
  • Shape the long-term commercial vision of the business, working closely with content, marketing, and executive teams to develop integrated strategies that maximize brand value and market positioning.
  • Use data insights and market intelligence to refine sales strategies and guide decision-making, ensuring offerings remain competitive and relevant in a fast-paced digital landscape.
  • Champion innovation and adaptability, promoting a culture that embraces change and continuously evolves in response to shifting audience behavior and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at a senior level, managing external relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders to position the brand as a market leader in digital and content-driven media.

Requirements:

  • Solid and progressive experience ideally of 10+ years in commercial leadership within media, digital content, or agency environments, with a proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
  • Prior experience working in the UAE is essential, with strong knowledge of the local media and advertising landscape.
  • Arabic language skills are strongly preferred to support regional client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen, able to turn insights into action and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
