UAE market experience is essential, and Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through agency partnerships and strategic collaborations, focusing on identifying and securing high-value opportunities across media agencies, brand partners, and distribution channels in the UAE and wider GCC region.
- Lead the preparation of impactful commercial proposals and pitches, tailoring offerings to match market needs and positioning the brand as a leading partner in digital innovation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance commercial team, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative culture that encourages ownership, creativity, and accountability.
- Set clear KPIs and performance objectives across the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving operational excellence through smart workflows and strong leadership.
- Shape the long-term commercial vision of the business, working closely with content, marketing, and executive teams to develop integrated strategies that maximize brand value and market positioning.
- Use data insights and market intelligence to refine sales strategies and guide decision-making, ensuring offerings remain competitive and relevant in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Requirements:
- Solid and progressive experience ideally of 10+ years in commercial leadership within media, digital content, or agency environments, with a proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Prior experience working in the UAE is essential, with strong knowledge of the local media and advertising landscape.
- Arabic language skills are strongly preferred to support regional client engagement and relationship-building.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
