Amazon Sr. Business Development Role
Amazon is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and professional Sr. Business Development leader passionate about building businesses through strategic partnerships, problem solving, and accelerating growth for eero in the ISP channel.
This role involves working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, utilizing effective C-level communication skills to manage relationships, and developing win-win business plans to help partners and sales channels thrive.

The Sr. Business Development Manager will sell at a strategic level within accounts, implement broad strategies to build trust, and drive service implementation. They should have a thorough understanding of eero’s products and roadmaps, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet KPIs and foster lasting relationships. Collaboration with peers and leaders across eero and Amazon is essential to scale strategies and make informed trade-offs. Identifying gaps and demonstrating good judgment in escalation are also key.
The candidate should have experience in the telco/ISP space, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and revenue targets, and experience in complex deal negotiations and business development roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close new relationships by engaging with all levels of the customer’s organization, including executives, engineering, legal, and marketing, building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Partner with leaders across eero and Amazon to create strategic partnerships, drive a unified strategy, and identify opportunities for geographic expansion.
- Identify new opportunities for eero, manage internal stakeholders, develop business cases, and advocate for solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and execute on business development initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective ISP/Telco partners.
- Create compelling value propositions for eero Service Provider programs and advocate for product innovations.
- Address complex problems and work with internal teams to develop scalable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, market analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track account information, forecast, and prioritize to meet quarterly goals.
- Contribute to reporting and presentations for leadership reviews.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Experience negotiating software and services agreements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years responding to RFPs, matching requirements to technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and industry trends.
- Customer-facing experience in business development and large deal negotiations with ISPs, with a proven record of influencing C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or business transactions and strategic development.
- Experience managing large, critical relationships with significant business impact.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with senior executives across organizations.
- Fluency in Arabic.
