An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth in the solar energy sector. Identifying potential customers: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers who are interested in installing solar panels or other solar products. This may involve researching leads, attending industry events, or working with marketing teams to generate leads.
Developing sales strategies: You will need to develop sales strategies that are specific to the solar industry. This may involve identifying key selling points, understanding the benefits of solar energy, and developing a deep understanding of the products and services that you are selling.
Conducting site assessments: You may be responsible for conducting site assessments to determine the feasibility of installing solar panels or other solar products. This may involve working with customers to gather information about their energy needs, assessing the site for sun exposure, and evaluating the potential benefits of solar energy.
Creating proposals: You will need to create proposals that outline the benefits of solar energy and the potential cost savings for customers through Sharaf DG Energy's internal solar software; training will be provided.
Closing sales: Your primary responsibility will be to close sales and generate revenue for your company. This may involve negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and persuading customers to make a purchase.
Providing customer support: You will need to provide customer support to ensure that customers are satisfied with their project delivery and its operations. This may involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support after the installation is complete.
Keeping up to date with industry trends: You will need to stay up to date with industry trends, new products or services, and changes in government regulations related to solar energy. This will help you to provide the best possible service to customers and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales / Deal Closures across Residential and/or C&I solar segments.
Bachelor's degree and above.
As a member of the Business Development Team, several software skills and knowledge will be required in your position:
Besides, you shall be able to meet client(s) and attend site survey(s); thus, the requirement of a valid UAE driving license and a personal car are mandatory.
