Sr Business Analyst (Bank, Hyperion)

Collaborate with stakeholders across retail banking to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.

Elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to financial reporting and dashboard solutions.

Finance Dashboard Development:

Design, develop, and maintain finance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

Ensure dashboards provide real-time, accurate insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators.

Data Analysis and Management:

Work with data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across financial reports.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of financial dashboard requirements.

Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Project Coordination:

Lead or participate in projects focused on enhancing financial reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail banking and financial analytics.

Recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and dashboard functionalities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail banking.

Good to have experience in Hyperion.

Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning.

Proven expertise in developing finance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and financial metrics.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with SQL and data warehousing is a plus.
