Overview

7+ years’ experience Senior Architect Engineer in Engineering or Contracting firm.

Extensive experience and there must be a customer database in Emirate of Sharjah.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, etc.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, specifications, and goals, providing expert recommendations on design, materials, and construction methods.
• Create and review design documents such as sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards, as well as company and client requirements.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of designs and systems.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and design staff, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and ensure construction quality.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client interactions to provide updates and address concerns.
• Review and approve technical reports, designs, and documentation.
