We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer for the role of Sr. Advanced Gas Technical Sales Manager for Gas Technologies, within UOP Process Technologies (UPT) located in Honeywell Masdar's office in Abu Dhabi.

This role leads the development of comprehensive technical proposals and cost estimation for UOP's Gas Technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various engineering, sales, and business groups to develop a winning technical solution proposal in line with the project requirements.

This role requires a strong technical background in gas technologies with a focus on NGL, Acid Gas Treatment, and overall gas plant scheme development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing technically innovative solutions to sales opportunities both for revamp and new units.
  • Working with Sales, Engineering, and Business to develop technical proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies as needed.
  • Effectively describing UOP's solution and articulating relevant value propositions.
  • Actively supporting the Sales team to develop competitive project economics by coordinating with internal stakeholders and customers to maximize the win rate.
  • Developing and implementing proposal strategies to differentiate our solutions to address project-specific needs including process optimization and project economics improvement.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Engineering/Science degree with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong technical background in process engineering, simulation, and integration.
  • Experience in Gas Technologies with a focus on NGL and Acid Gas Treatment technologies.
  • Prior experience in commercial sales, technical sales, engineering, technical service, or R&D.
  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies.
  • Experience with simulation software and process integration tools.
  • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
