We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer for the role of Sr. Advanced Gas Technical Sales Manager within UOP Process Technologies (UPT), based at Honeywell Masdar's office in Abu Dhabi.

This role involves leading the development of comprehensive technical proposals and cost estimates for UOP's Gas Technologies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, sales, and business teams to develop technical solutions aligned with project requirements.

This position requires a strong technical background in gas technologies, focusing on NGL, Acid Gas Treatment, and gas plant scheme development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative technical solutions for sales opportunities, including revamp and new units.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Business teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
  3. Support Sales in describing UOP's solutions and articulating value propositions.
  4. Assist Sales in developing competitive project economics, coordinating with stakeholders and customers to maximize win rates.
  5. Develop and implement proposal strategies to differentiate solutions based on project needs.
  6. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  7. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  2. Technical expertise in process engineering, simulation, and integration.
  3. Experience with Gas Technologies, especially NGL and Acid Gas Treatment.
  4. Background in sales, engineering, technical service, or R&D.
  5. Knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms and technologies.
  6. Experience with simulation software and process tools.
  7. Proven ability in technical writing and proposal preparation.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
