Role Summary

The Specialist Accounts Planning is responsible for managing the end-to-end financial processes related to logistics commercials, 3PL payments, financial reconciliations, and controls. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations working closely with 3PL partners, internal logistics teams, and the finance department.

What's On Your Plate

• Manage 3PL financial transactions ensuring accurate service fee calculations, deductions, and timely invoice reconciliation.

• Oversee financial compliance tracking payouts, closing balances, and outstanding dues for 3PL partners.

• Ensure transparency in deductions and compensations, handling disputes and maintaining clear financial documentation.

• Monitor financial controls over rider-related equipment inventory and operational expenses.

• Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to enhance reporting compliance and payment efficiency.

What Did We Order

• Experience & Industry Knowledge: 3 years in finance, accounting, or logistics finance.

• Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll processing, accounts payable, financial reconciliation, and cost management.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools for financial tracking and reporting.
