Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide all comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Well experienced in Accounts / Book Keeping etc.
- Handle full process of TAX Returns in UAE.
- Accounts Receivables Management (Billing Documentation, Reporting, Collection Follow up).
- Accounts Payable Management (Billing Documentation, Reporting, Payment Planning).
- Handle day to day office requirements.
- Coordinate projects with production & sales teams.
- Help with Document Control - monitoring, recording and filing of documents.
- Assist sales team with Document Control - monitoring, recording and filing of documents.
- Monitor clients payments and accounts receivables and follow up where needed.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Coordinate projects with production and sales teams.
- Sending marketing mails; providing clients information according to their inquiries.
- Answering phones professionally and routing calls as necessary.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Holding a degree in accounting/finance.
- Holding ACCA is a plus.
- Experience in Zoho Books is a plus.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Candidate must provide accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- High analytical & numerical skills.
- Experience in import/BOE documentation is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Chart of Accounts.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be trustworthy and must have references.
- Should be a self-starter, can-do attitude and can work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade-related Custom Clearance and Import Documentation is a plus.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
