Job Description

The Sr. Account Manager would be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT service solutions as part of the Jumbo Group. The person would be responsible for leading the sales team, executing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the market.

  1. Develop, communicate, execute, and manage the strategic business plan to overdrive the assigned revenue goals.
  2. New customer identification, existing customer relationship management, opportunity identification, and driving to closures.
  3. Identify new business for End to End IT Solutions and Services.
  4. Experience with solutioning and selling complex IT solutions & services deals.
  5. Collaborates with and acts as a liaison between our customers, OEMs, partners, pre-sales, and delivery teams during the end-to-end engagement and sales process.
  6. Experience in handling Corporate sales, Large Enterprise sales, SMBs, and B2B will be a great advantage.
  7. Strong relationships with Enterprise customers across different verticals would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Prior experience of working with a System Integrator company in UAE is mandatory.
  2. Should be someone who has experience in selling IT solutions & services, with good vendor connections.
  3. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a System Integrator company is a must.
  4. Must have had sales targets of 3 Million AED (bottom-line) and above and has shown potential for working on similar or larger sales targets.
  5. Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals.
  6. Qualification: University qualified with an Engineering background will be beneficial to this role.
