A leading food delivery service in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Account Manager to drive business planning with top clients, oversee strategic projects, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in tech or e-commerce, and must be fluent in Arabic. Drive joint business planning with top accounts to ensure mutual value creation and long-term growth.
Conduct regular business reviews to analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic action plans.
Increase Talabat Go (TGO) market share through proactive partner migration to Talabat delivery.
Lead commission rate renegotiations and develop new commercial proposals to optimize profitability.
Lead strategic projects at the emirate or UAE level that positively impact the wider community or Talabat's operational footprint.
Champion a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing, encouraging reapplication of best-in-class strategies across teams and markets.
Own and deliver ad hoc strategic projects within account management, ensuring alignment with Talabat's commercial goals.
Mentor and support junior account managers in achieving KPIs and understanding Talabat’s commercial objectives.
Provide ongoing coaching on client relationship management, upselling, and account analysis.
Build and maintain continuous relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring strong operational alignment.
Provide exceptional service support, resolving operational issues efficiently between restaurants and Talabat teams.
Manage menu photos, optimize restaurant content (e.g., minimum order value, delivery time), and coordinate promotions and coupon campaigns.
Monitor partner activation, troubleshoot inactive accounts, and maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and performance reports.
Drive advertisement sales including restaurant branding, newsletters, banners, and exclusive digital campaigns.
Promote digitalization of restaurant operations, including splash pages, white-label integrations, and online payment adoption.
Generate new revenue opportunities through upselling Talabat’s services and custom promotions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in account management / sales, preferably in tech, F&B, or e-commerce.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and generate insights.
Proven track record in managing top accounts and leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Arabic Language is a must
