  • Ability to meet KPIs through solution-based selling
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, & mediating skills
  • Proven success in sales/customer service/account management roles
Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend qualified leads, meet clients, and present tailored investment property options, guiding clients through educational presentations on investment strategies, tax minimization, debt reduction, and market cycles.
  • Develop rapport, understand client goals and visions for the future.
  • Educate clients on property ownership and investment opportunities, including available incentives and strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, assist in decision-making, and follow up to foster long-term relationships before and after sales.
  • Represent the Square Yards brand with integrity, providing consistent value to clients.
  • Seek referrals and network to grow your client base.
  • This role requires dedication beyond a 9-5 schedule, including after-hours and weekend appointments.
