Job summary

DICETEK LLC in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a skilled SQA tester for a full-time, on-site role within our banking solutions team. The position focuses on quality, reliability and regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on Islamic banking principles.

You will test the Enterprise Fraud Risk Management System, Device Intelligence and Behavior Analytics, and interfaces with Core Banking and Internet & Mobile Banking, ensuring secure, compliant operations and effective risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or CSTE certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in software testing/QA in banking.
• Experience with EFRMS, DI & BA, Core Banking, Internet & Mobile Banking, payment systems.
• Familiar with SQL, API testing and scripting; testing certifications encouraged.
• Understanding SDLC/STLC, test planning, defect management and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Test Enterprise Fraud Risk Management System (EFRMS) and Device Intelligence/Behavior Analytics (DI & BA).

SQA tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and compliance of all software applications and systems used in the bank, with a particular focus on Islamic banking principles.

The role involves testing Enterprise Fraud Risk Management System (EFRMS), Device Intelligence and Behavior Analytics (DI & BA) systems and their interfaces like Core Banking, Internet & Mobile Banking, FOS/LOS, Payment Systems like AANI and other channels to verify functionality, security and alignment with Sharia-compliant products.

Tester to have strong technical testing skills combined with a solid understanding of Islamic financial operations and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum Qualifications; Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology Software Engineering or related fields.
• Preferred certification or coursework in Islamic Finance/Banking
• Minimum Experience: 3- 5 years of experience .in software testing or quality assurance in the banking industry
• Hands on experience in Enterprise Fraud Risk Management System (EFRMS), Device Intelligence and Behavior Analytics (DI & BA), Core Banking applications, Internet & Mobile Banking, Payment Systems, FOS/LOS and other channels.
• Proficiency in performance testing, test automation tools and test management systems.
