1. Mix paint and other materials according to specified ratios for consistency and color accuracy.
2. Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, to achieve smooth and even finishes on different surfaces.
3. Inspect finished work for quality assurance, checking for imperfections and touch-ups as needed.
4. Assist in training junior painters, sharing best practices and safety procedures.
5. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting is a plus.
2. Experience with industrial spray painting equipment and various types of coatings.
3. Familiarity with color matching and mixing techniques to achieve desired finishes.
