This role involves:

1. Leading account management for our anchor tenant, Dubai Basketball.
2. Acting as the primary contact, ensuring seamless delivery of services and building lasting client relationships.
3. Collaborating across departments such as ticketing, marketing, operations, and commercial to ensure excellence and client satisfaction.

This role is on a freelancer agreement and requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship. A detailed job description is provided below.

You should have:

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar account management role.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in events.

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Personal Qualities:

• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent listening and communication skills at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good personal presentation and grooming.
• Team player willing to accept direction.
• Positive attitude with a focus on safety.
