Qualifications

  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.

We’re currently hiring on behalf of a prestigious exhibitions company based in Abu Dhabi, known for delivering high-impact B2B events across the region. As part of their commercial expansion, they are looking for a high-performing Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of exhibitions and wants to play a pivotal role in delivering value-driven sponsorships and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sponsorship sales across a portfolio of major regional events.
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch to C-level decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with event and marketing teams to ensure seamless sponsor delivery.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship or B2B media sales, ideally within the exhibitions/events space.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong network of industry contacts (MENA and/or international).
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Open to relocating to the UAE – relocation support is available for the right candidate.
