Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop personalized therapy plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and track patient progress to enhance communication abilities and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, educate patients and families on therapy techniques, and ensure accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Demonstrate patience, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of speech pathology to deliver effective and impactful therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid professional licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
- 7+ years of proven experience in assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods and intervention techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- High attention to detail in clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to improving patient outcomes
