Job summary

Rehoboth Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre – FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Speech Therapist to work with pediatric clients. You will conduct assessments, design individualized therapy plans, and deliver one-to-one sessions in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes family education, progress documentation, and participation in team discussions to support children's development. Dubai Silicon Oasis onsite, full-time position with DHA licensing as a key requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
• DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
• Support children with speech, language, communication, and developmental difficulties.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and session notes.
