Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions for patients of all ages with speech or communication difficulties.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other therapists to ensure a holistic treatment approach.
  • Educate family members and caregivers on how to support patients during treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid license or certification from a recognized health authority.
  • Proven experience working with children and/or adults in clinical or home care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

  • Experience with patients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, or post-stroke communication issues.
