Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and lead a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Specialty Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the short and long-term planning and management of the outlet operations in both front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing employee schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
• Conducting regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluating team performance and initiating development and promotions.
• Setting up the Food & Beverage outlet timely according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcoming and seating guests with the assistance of the Hostess.
• Maintaining professional and friendly relationships with patrons.
• Establishing and updating the outlet's database of regular guests.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards through frequent tours of the outlet and related areas.
• Participating actively in promotional activities.

Skills, Education, and Qualifications

You should be a college or university degree graduate with at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East. You must be computer literate, with effective communication skills, and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
