Job description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can assist in organizing and directing a team dedicated to developing top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Specialty Outlet Manager, you are responsible for the short and long-term planning and management of the respective outlet operations in both front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
2. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
3. Evaluating the performance of the team and initiating internal development and promotions.
4. Ensuring the timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
5. Handling guest welcome and seating with the assistance of the Hostess.
6. Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with outlet patrons.
7. Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests.
8. Touring the outlet and related areas frequently to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
9. Actively participating in the outlet’s promotional activities.
