Role: Specialty Outlet Chef

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet kitchen, focusing on quality, presentation, and adherence to standardized menus. Your role includes employee training and overseeing our significant restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supervising the Outlet Kitchen in preparing and presenting all food items according to hotel SOPs and menu guidelines.
2. Monitoring production standards to ensure the highest quality.
3. Controlling the hotel’s food costs.
4. Participating in creating concepts and menus for special events, encouraging team input and practical implementation.
5. Ensuring HACCP standards and hygiene standards are maintained as per municipal requirements.
6. Providing ongoing on-the-job training for culinary staff and promoting health and safety standards.
