Job summary

Penspen Abu Dhabi (Penspen) is seeking a Specialist Technical HSE with 15+ years in the oil and gas sector to lead technical safety reviews and risk management for major projects, including onshore/offshore gas processing plants. You will shape safety strategies and provide oversight across design, construction and commissioning.

You will conduct hazard analyses, develop safety cases, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior HSE professional with extensive oil/gas safety experience.
• Strong risk management for major oil and gas projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or PMCs is advantageous.

Responsibilities
