Job summary

MMEC Mannesmann LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior QHSE Manager with extensive Oil & Gas EPC experience, including ADNOC projects. You will lead QHSE programs, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive incident investigations, NCR handling, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years of QHSE experience, and certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001, Lead Auditor; PMP and ASNT NDT Level III are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of QHSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ADNOC project experience; ADNOC-approved QHSE Manager preferred.

• Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• PMI PMP certification and ASNT NDT Level III RT/PT/MT, CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector are beneficial.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• QHSE management systems, project quality assurance, and EPC project execution.
• Oil & Gas facilities, gas processing, compression, and pipeline projects.
• Quality audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, NCR management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Supplier quality management, vendor qualification, FAT/SAT, and client acceptance.
• Compliance with international standards, including ASME, API, and ASTM.HSE leadership, safety culture, permit-to-work systems, and continuous improvement.
