Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Material Master Data Specialist to manage and cleanse Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy of codes, descriptions, UOM, and storage information. You will align data structures for the new WMS and coordinate with the KSA team.

The role requires a Diploma with 3-5 years in data management, strong collaboration with Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance, plus participation in testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Responsible for cleansing, validation, and standardization of Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Review records to identify duplicates, incomplete or obsolete data.
• Ensure accuracy of codes, descriptions, UOM, material groups, dimensions, and storage data.
• Support data migration for new WMS implementation.
• Coordinate with KSA team to align data structures and requirements.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance to validate material data.
• Assist testing activities for Material Master and WMS, including data validation and UAT.
• Prepare templates, trackers, and reports; maintain documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support for Material Master issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data cleansing progress and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Validate data extracts and mappings between legacy systems, SAP S/4HANA, and WMS.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and quality issues.

• Manage and maintain Material Master data in SAP and related systems.

• Perform comprehensive Material Master data cleansing, validation, and standardization for SAP S/4HANA.

• Review existing material records and identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or obsolete data.

• Ensure material codes, descriptions, UOM, material groups, dimensions, weights, storage information, and other relevant master data are accurate.

• Support the preparation, migration, and validation of Material Master data required for the new WMS implementation.

• Coordinate with the KSA team to align Material Master structures, standards, and data requirements.

• Work closely with Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant departments to collect and validate material information.

• Support data mapping between existing systems, SAP S/4HANA, and the new WMS.

• Identify data gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain the required information.

• Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with agreed Material Master procedures.

• Support testing activities related to Material Master and WMS processes, including data validation and user acceptance testing.

• Prepare and maintain Material Master data templates, trackers, reports, and documentation.

• Provide ongoing support after WMS/SAP implementation to resolve Material Master-related issues.

• Monitor and report progress of Material Master cleansing and system readiness activities.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned data cleansing and system support activities
