Kingston Management Consultants F.Z.C. L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an IT Specialist to own and connect its Salesforce CRM and ERP. You will administer Salesforce, manage ERP modules, and build a stable API integration to eliminate manual re-entry.

You will advise on upgrades, run data audits, provide user support, and work with vendors to maintain documentation. Experience with integration projects is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years administering Salesforce and an ERP (NetSuite, SAP B1, Odoo or similar).
• Experience on at least one integration project.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (Zapier, MuleSoft, native connectors).
• Strong analytical and cross-department communication skills.
• Experience in trading, retail, contracting or distribution is an advantage.

We're Hiring: Specialist (Salesforce & ERP)

Salary: Up to AED 7,000, based on experience

Location: Dubai

A growing Dubai-based company is looking for an IT Specialist to own and connect its core business systems, Salesforce CRM and ERP.

What you'll do:

• Administer Salesforce: user access, workflows, automation, dashboards and reporting
• Manage the ERP: inventory, billing, invoicing (PFI/LPO) and finance modules
• Build and maintain a stable API integration between Salesforce and ERP, with no manual re-entry
• Advise management on system upgrades and new features
• Run regular data audits to catch mismatches, duplicates and sync failures
• Provide first-line IT support and user training
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain system documentation

What we're looking for:

• Atleast 3 years administering Salesforce and an ERP (NetSuite, SAP B1, Odoo or similar), including at least one integration project
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports
