The role requires extensive experience with rotating equipment, FEED and PMC, and collaboration with EPC contractors, vendors and the Client to deliver safe, reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree or Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for rotating equipment across all LNG project phases.
• Ensure rotating equipment is designed, installed, tested and commissioned per project specs and standards.
• Coordinate with the PMC team, EPC Contractors, vendors and the Client to ensure safe, reliable project delivery.

Job Purpose

The Specialist Rotating Engineer will serve as the technical authority for rotating equipment throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases of a major LNG project. The role is responsible for ensuring that rotating equipment is designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, international standards, company procedures, and client requirements. The position will provide engineering support to the PMC team while coordinating closely with EPC Contractors, vendors, and the Client to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's Degree or Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMC.
• Mandatory experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, EPC, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.
• Proven experience on large LNG, gas processing.
• ADNOC work experience preferable.
