We Staffed HR in the UAE is seeking a Specialist Pulmonologist to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of respiratory conditions, ensuring high standards of patient care.

The ideal candidate will perform pulmonary function tests, interpret imaging, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and educate patients for long-term management.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Postgraduate specialization in Pulmonology/Respiratory Medicine.
• Relevant clinical experience as a Specialist Pulmonologist.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage respiratory diseases, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, tuberculosis, interstitial lung diseases, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive pulmonary assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), spirometry, and other respiratory diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate chest X-rays, CT scans, and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
• Perform bronchoscopy and other pulmonary procedures as clinically indicated and within approved privileges.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on respiratory disease prevention, treatment, and long-term management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
