Job summary

REMAYA is seeking a Project Specialist to serve as the technical bridge between engineering and project management, ensuring civil and electronic scope is delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, and consultants on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in the UAE.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil or Electronics Engineering, 7+ years of experience (3+ in UAE), strong knowledge of civil works and electronic systems, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE, preferably on multidisciplinary or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works and electronic systems, including control, communication, and power systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2); CAPM certification is an advantage.
• Experience with technical documentation, reporting, and basic budget or procurement support.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
• Evaluate technical proposals for compliance with project and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise civil and electronic installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and as-built records.
• Support stakeholder communication, technical presentations, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary
