JOB PURPOSE :

The Specialist, Project Deal Delivery (Light Industries) will support the Senior Specialist in identifying, evaluating, and delivering light industries projects, ensuring alignment with TA'ZIZ's strategic goals. This role involves project development, deal structuring, negotiations, stakeholder management, and market engagement. The Specialist will coordinate specific deal elements for light industries projects to ensure seamless execution and organizational alignment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Development and Execution

• Assist in identifying and evaluating project opportunities aligned with TA'ZIZ's strategic objectives.
• Support defining project scope, objectives, and feasibility, ensuring market and organizational alignment.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate aspects of light industries deals for LIA projects, supporting overall delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align projects with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, resolving challenges and ensuring quality.

Deal Structuring and Negotiations with Partners

• Support technical negotiations and clarify partnership discussions.
• Assist in developing joint feasibility studies and business plans aligned with TA'ZIZ's objectives.
• Help develop the commercial roadmap, risk register, stakeholder matrix, and prepare progress reports.
• Support market engagement activities, including communication, meetings, and reservation agreements.
• Maintain and update the investor tracker for accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing market engagement plans and tenant criteria to grow the project pipeline.
• Participate in industry events like MIITEF, ADIPEC, and Suppliers' Open Day to promote projects.
• Contribute market insights for reports and presentations on project developments.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :

Internal

Collaborate across TA'ZIZ functions, including finance, legal, and technical teams, for smooth project delivery.

Work closely with the Senior Specialist and project team, providing updates and support.

External

Build relationships with external stakeholders such as project partners, investors, and government agencies.

Represent TA'ZIZ at external events and meetings, engaging with industry leaders and potential collaborators.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.

Minimum Experience & Skills

3-5 years in project development, commercial deal structuring, and stakeholder management. Experience in light industries is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and technical problem-solving skills. Basic project management knowledge and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
