• Report progress and issues to senior management.
• Troubleshoot piping design issues and resolve technical queries.
• Attend progress meetings and generate status reports.
• Manage change processes, including review of proposals.
• Support construction personnel with technical queries.
• Collaborate to eliminate hazards and ensure safety.
• Resolve technical problems and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure work completion without compromising quality and schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of piping discipline fundamentals and standards.
• Stay updated on local and international standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; 15+ years of relevant offshore/onshore Oil & Gas experience, including 5+ years in GCC region.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar senior position managing teams in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Offshore experience is mandatory; ADNOC experience preferred.
• FEED experience is essential.
• Proficiency in engineering software and business tools.
• Experience working in multi-project, multi-discipline environments across all engineering phases.
• Previous Middle East experience is advantageous.
